I’m very new to the Samsung heat pump but in the little time I’ve had it I’ve set yo the app on my phone and used it a few times. I’ve noticed that the machine doesn’t get so hot in the outside so food in the cupboards above and around it won’t perish like food did with my condenser previously. My smart meter shows that using the power doesn’t move it into the red which is the primary reason I wanted a heat pump due to the running costs and of course the environment

Super quiet operation and very quick drying. I really only use a dryer for towels, and this one takes half the time of my old dryer.

Very solid and businesslike it is wonderful. Very quiet, does exactly what it claims. The lint filter is easy to clean, and the water tray couldn't be easier to empty. No condensation in the kitchen, it is going to make winter so much easier, no towels draped on airers.

Good size, easy to install and simple operation.

Solid appliance, dries much better than my old (Beko) heat pump dryer - faster and more even drying, slightly larger capacity machine. Only downside is rubbish operating instructions included with dryer, but it was easy to find some more informative ones online.

Really pleased with the quality of this tumble dryer! Love the different cycles, and the icluded rack that sits inside for items you don't want tumbling about is a godsend. I used it to dry a pair of trainers that got soaked through in the recent flooding & it dried them a dream & dead quiet compared to previous dryer. The SmartThings connectivity is also handy, as well as the energy efficient HeatPump technology meaning I don't have to have a vent to the outside world drilled through the wall.
