Easy to use and very quiet

Great tumble dryer, so glad we chose it. I'd read that heat pump tumble dryers can be a bit slower to dry things but this is very efficient in speed and energy consumption. Also dried a range of different materials and all done very well. Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their dryer.

My first dryer, only used a handful of times so far but so far so good. Quite machine, easy to use with simple dials and clear options. I bought a Samsung washing machine last year and liked it so thought I’d try the same brand for dryer. Only thing is quick dry has a limit of 2kg.

It takes some getting used to as it doesn't seem to throw out much heat but it's definitely cheaper to run. The dryer is supposed to monitor the moisture and cut down on the preset drying times but so far this function doesn't seem to be working for us. I wouldn't say this dryer warrants the high price. Excellent service from AO, though!

If you need a Dryer then without a shadow of doubt this is the one. Our previous dryer was a heat pump but it finally gave up after 10 years. This Samsung is even better and cheaper to run, the clothes come out really dry according to which programme you choose, virtully iron free in most cases.

Used it for a week or two now, done several loads of different kinds. Overall performance has been really good. Linked to my phone, I can even see the energy use per cycle which is nice. Drying cycles are longer than for vented dryers but it's clearly way kinder on the clothes. Very happy, very impressed with it.
