I was really put off when reading these heat pump tumble driers as they all say it takes longer to dry, which in turns seems to mean that it uses more energy. However, I genuinely think that in comparison to my previous dryer which was 6 years old this one outperforms it every time and is the most efficient from an energy perspective. I’ve gone from seriously worried to an advocate in the space of a single tumble dry! No hesitation in buying this heat pump type or the brand it’s absolutely superb.

Samsung Series 9 Heat pump out standing great machine, tech is great and easy to use so far not had long so getting use to programs settings works very well as one example towels dry really fluffy as the setting says would and will buy another when the time comes, hard to think how better the future models will get. great machine so far.

Highly recommend and the installation service was excellent. The ability to control the tumble dryer from your phone is simply brilliant. Buy it !

Super dryer. Plays a lovely tune when it’s finished.

Great product but only downside is that the smart things doesn't work.

Looks smart and is very quite when in use. It’s only been used a handful of times since purchase so still experimenting with the available programmes. The instructions on how to use the dryer are clear and easy to understand. Takes much longer to dry clothes than your average dryer but uses a lot less energy to do so. So far, pleased with my purchase.

Very easy to use, lots of different settings, and very quiet.

Very quiet and seems to get everything dry so far. The end of cycle tune was a bit of a surprise that could get annoying but quickly googling it suggests that it’s easily changed!
