In less than 28 days the dryer starting making a loud knocking/thumping sounds, I would NOT recommend this machine for the price. I would however highly recommend AO - their customer service team (particularly Libby and Vicky) are AMAZING and super helpful and helped resolve my dryer issue by replacing the product. I have the matching washing machine as well and it has had endless issues so I would not recommend these Samsung products at all, but of course this has nothing to do with AO.

This heat pump tumble drier is far quieter than my old drier,it easily connects to the WiFi and to its matching washing machine,they communicate wash loads easily and the clothes come out lovely and soft with no static shock.

So happy with this amazing dryer so quiet when in use looks stunning in my kitchen highly recommend. Super fast delivery great service & great delivery drivers who were very pleasant fitted & appliance checked what else can I say over the moon .

Super simple to set up and use. It runs quietly and normally finishes before the initially estimated time. Watch it on the smart meter and it doesn’t use much power on a mixed load setting. Yet to try the Wi-Fi connectivity or app. Would recommend!

10/10 simple set up and easy to use product with unrivalled aesthetics

We have had this just over a week now. Wow. This is amazing. We have used 6 times, ( big household) We have mainly used the mixed loads cycles. Its starts of at 3hrs but due to the sensor drying technology, the cycle time is much shorter. On Average it finishes in around 1hr 20 mins for a 5kg load and around 2hrs 10 mins for a full load. Very good appliance so far.

So far we love this dryer. It is super slick and very quiet. Has loads of fab programs and makes towels super fluffy. Expensive but hopefully will save energy.
