Dishwasher fine. Customer support at Beko is hopeless. They’re unable to tell a customer what extra functions apply to which programmes. The half load function only activated in two programmes. CS unable to say if it should be available for the remaining two programmes as well.

Very pleased with the product, and as described. Easy to use. Delivery and communications prior to delivery were spot on. Overall very happy with the dishwasher.

Cleans well. Manual is generic and useless. and Beko Customer helpline was patchy. Half load function initially not working, 1st advisor failed to advise me of the factory reset option - only discovered accidentally after a power cut. 2nd advisor said didn’t know if HL function should work on all 4 programmes or just the 2 it was now showing on my machine. 3rd advisor said HL function only operates on those 2 programmes. Manual had no info on limited availability of HL function. Overall frustrating and annoying experience with customer service which could have resulted in an unnecessary engineer visit and a potential charge for said visit.

Looks good easy to use and very economical

Zero negative points, on the positive side, huge settings can be washed in a single cycle. Great variety of cleaning settings including a half wash option. Stylish, easy to operate and the digital display shows which part of the cycle it is operating at. All in all we are very happy customers.

So easy to use and good value. Works really well!
