The Hisense hob is brilliant. I have only used it twice so far but it works very well.

Product arrived faulty and both AO and the manufacturer have failed to take responsibility. Being a portfolio landlord it is often too time consuming to ship around so I have (albeit lazily) been a regular customer of AO over the years, however I have noticed that over the past year or so, thier standards and quality of installers have dropped dramatically! So maybe the single star ought to be shared between the appliance (manufacturer) and AO's installation / aftersales team which can only be described as shambolic. I shall be talking my business elsewhere in future.

I used the product for about a month now and I regret nothing. Good price, easy installation, easy to clean. The delivery was quick and easy.

It's the first ceramic hob I've purchased and am extremely pleased with it. It is much quicker to heat up and all the signs are very clear.

Easy to use, looks good & is easy to clean plus a scraper is provided. Also has a timer which is handy when cooking eggs etc! Heats up quickly & the ‘h’ stays red until it has cooled right down. The only downside is that there isn’t a bigger size hob plate for larger size pans.
