The taste is better than I thought it would be. It is quite easy to set the machine up and then off you go! Working out the cost of the coffee it is cheaper than a capsule machine. Really pleased with this machine.

Good size product. Doesn’t take up too much worktop space. Makes a good black coffee and also a lovely milky latte or cappuccino. Would recommend

Great machine, I wanted to replace my Pod Machine for 2 reasons, we (my husband and myself) drink a lot of coffee (3 esspresos each before we even leave the house in the morning) we were concerned about the pod disposals effect on the environment, plus the amount we were spending on pods, I chose this machine because it seemed like a decent machine in the price bracket we were looking at, and it hasn't disappointed, it's solid & robust, yet sleek and compact. Very easy to set up and use, it takes no longer to make 2 cups of coffee than it did using the pod machine, the coffee is nice, hot and tasty (the taste will obviously depend on the beans you use) if you want a long black coffee in a mug then you will need to run it twice for a full cup, but this is no real hardship. We don't use the milk steamer much as we both usually drink black coffee, I do use coconut milk occasionally for a coconut cappuccino, and the only thing I would say is that the steam nozzle could be longer. Overall a fab little machine :-)

we used a similar model in a rented house in France, much cleaner to use than my old Gaggia machine, makes lovely coffee, clean and easy to use, as good as Costa/Starbucks, well worth the expense
