Immensely disappointed with this coffee machine. I bought it to replace a very similar older model, which was great, but this one was hopelessly inadequate. My complaints are, in order of uselessness: the milk frother simply did not work. It just heated the milk while making a terrible noise, but failed to froth the milk at all. Next, the heated but unfrothed milk sticks to the stainless steel frothing wand like concrete. This did not happen on the older model. Next, the coffee tasted and looked thin and watery (and yes I did follow all instructions). Finally, after use there should be "cake" of coffee grounds in the handle, but they were all sloppy and wet. This machine is not fit for purpose (at least the one I had). Oh, and it does not take unground beans as the website suggests. AO Customer Service, though, were brilliant in sorting out my complaint.

Great delivery as well as product. Easy to use and keep clean and not as loud as I thought it would be.

Disappointed, as all I really wanted was a couple of small pieces of plastic to make my old machine continue working, but no one seems to supply them. So, I am annoyed that the straight replacement model is not as good as the original. I find it impossible to get the milk to froth, which was easy on the previous machine. I shall contact De Longhi and, if I can find no solution, return the machine.

Bang on. Great, compact machine. Somehow when you knock the used coffee grounds out, it always comes out in one piece, thanks to design of the holder. Definitely would recommend

I got this as a gift for someone. It exceeded my expectations and more. They absolutely love it. Since it doesn’t require pods, it’s also good for the environment.

Takes a few attempts to get just right to taste but very good machine
