The machine was quick to set up and easy to work. Perfect coffee at the touch of a button and much quieter and compact than my previous model. I would highly recommend to any budding coffee connoisseur.

Great product with a good range of strengths and cup sizes. It is a little noisy but worth it. A nice bonus in the form if a free bag of beans from De Longhi.

We have used a similar model on a vessel for around 5 years and it hasn’t been any problems at all which is why I bought the same model (just newer obviously with touch screen type of buttons) It’s noisy when grinding the beans but does a nice coffee, plenty of adjustment on the grinding strength etc we are still testing different modes so can’t comment on every function yet, The only slightly negative comment if there is one, is the size of coffee is smaller than you may make in a mug with instant coffee, the coffee is a touch cooler too but I think that’s how it is meant to be and not a million degrees!? We didn’t go for the one with the milk container as we probably don’t use it often enough for getting that type,

This is our first bean to cup coffee maker and so farm we're very happy with it. Once we'd got through the set up the machine is very easy to use. We were looking for something to make decent basic coffee, if you're after cappuccino or lattes then I would go for one of the more advanced models as I find the milk steamer a bit lacking.
