Easy to use and look after, makes great coffee but like all coffee makers is quite noisy

Great product, this is my second De'Longhi Bean to Cup (first one died after solid service!) Produces a great cup of coffee, uses less water and less milk wastage. Machine is slick, well put together and easy to use

I brought this item as a present for a regular coffee drinker. They was absolutely over the moon with all the functions that the product has to offer and this item has a special function with the stop start milk function to specify your required milk amount which most coffee machine do not offer. I am very happy with the purchase and with AO they are very quick with any queries. 10/10 happy customer.

Once the set up has been completed - it’s a bit fiddly! the results are fine with a good selection of drinks We’ve used beans and ground coffee and both give good results There is no clear instruction on how to use the “frother” facility. If you have wide rimmed mugs you can’t make two drinks at the same time / only if you use mugs with a rim diameter of 3 inches maximum The hottest setting for the water/coffee could do with being a bit hotter than the current hottest option available but not a deal breaker!! The nozzles can be pre heated and there is a “clean” function to keep everything clean after your coffee I has been delivered
