Bigger than you think and menus are a little complicated, worth the discounted price I paid, but would not want to pay the full price.

It's a nice machine, takes a little time to get used to how to make the different coffee but well worth the price.

Really pleased with my new coffee machine. Once you’ve got the hang of using it a few times, it’s a doddle to make a variety of coffees to impress your visitors & save money on takeaways. Brilliant delivery service from AO too.

It's simple to use as long as you read the instructions and do the simple stuff first Good variety of preset drinks as well as being able to modify after you've tried them Love that the milk container can be put in the fridge to avoid wastage and love the cleaning after use for the milk spout Though about buying a bean to cup with a milk frother for ages and glad I got this one in a black friday deal and with a membership price

I had been recommended a De-Longhi bean to cup machine a while back and I finally took the plunge with this one. Pros: - great tasting coffee - great range of types of drinks - multiple milk options - highly configurable / programmable - different grind settings - different strength settings - pre-ground coffee feed in case you want to quickly make a different (e.g. decaf) coffee without emptying the bean reservoir Cons: - a bit complicated to set up for ‘one touch’ coffee - water tank could be bigger - can’t turn off the auto rinse at start up and shut down - could have more ‘my coffee’ settings Basically this can make pretty much any type of coffee you want, but you do need to invest time in understanding all the menu options and steps. Would I recommend this? YES Would my wife recommend this? No :-)

I’m a bit of a coffee fan to say the least, some may say fussy but I say ‘particular’ and have wanted a bean to cup coffee machine for a long time. So, when I say AO had this machine at an incredible price, and with it being a De’longhi, I couldn’t say no. The Latte, Cappuccino and Flat whites are as good as you’ll get anywhere. The milk frothed great and you can get just hot milk if you want a hot chocolate. Be aware though, it doesn’t do expresso but the long black coffee is so smooth. I reckon I’ve made half the cost back already by not buying coffee in those greedy coffee shops that don’t pay proper taxes!
