Really easy to set up and get going. Love the fact you can make lots of different types of coffee and then there is the My Coffee function where you program your personal coffee and makes it easy to get the same coffee every time!

The machine was easy to set up with clear instructions provided. I particularly like the self cleaning features and prompts. The machine makes great coffee. I am yet to master the perfect blend for me which I am sure will be soon with practice.

Great little coffee machine. It does bean to cup in several different strengths as well as different milky coffee. The big seller for me was the fact you can use ground coffee as well as my better half has to drink de-cafe And it was an excellent price

Reading reviews prior to my purchase of this nifty auto machine confused me a little. Most said the coffee it makes is great and I can attest to this. A lot said that the operation was difficult at first and the instructions confusing but I find it very easy to operate. Initially I followed the recommendations on the card from D’Longhi included in the box, it suggests watching a short video on their YouTube channel. It shows visually how to start and use the machine in the first instance. It shows how to set different parameters and make the simplest of espresso or milk based drinks. Once I’d seen this the whole thing was so easy. I set the temperature a little higher than the preset setting as some said the temp was too cool but I find it perfect. Coffee tends to taste better if it’s not boiling. I made 6 or so short drinks one after the other as it states that these first half a dozen or so are not great but I did taste each one so I could evaluate the strength of each setting. Once these were out of the way I haven’t looked back. My favourite coffee is a double shot latte so I make the preset latte and then add a short standard coffee in at the end, perfect. I haven’t tried a hot chocolate as yet but it’s on my list. I like how the machine auto cleans the milk spout after each drink and it auto rinses each time it switches on and off. Emptying the spent grounds bin is so easy but I do like to keep them in there until it tells me it’s full as the smell of spent grounds fills my small kitchen throughout the day without even trying. I was initially hesitant in buying this machine as I was worried it was going to be complicated after reading some reviews and I even kept it in its box for a couple of days before I opened it and nearly sent it back, I’m glad I didn’t. Being a visual learner and watching the video presentation I haven’t had any problems. Don’t hesitate if you’re in the market for a great machine at a fabulous price, just buy it and enjoy lovely coffee at the touch of a button. My last D’Longhi was one of their manual espresso machines and I enjoyed making my own latte but this is so much easier with tonnes of foam if that your preference
