This machine is a perfect Introduction in bean to cup coffee machines perfect for home use takes a bit of practice in setting up for cup sizes for the milk based drinks such as cappuccino but once it's done it's easy. Holds a decent amount of coffee beans a good investment if you like your coffee. Highly recommend at the current offer price most are more expensive.

I love this bean to cup machine! So easy to use and customise to get the perfect cup of coffee, and very easy to clean too. ?? Only problem I had was customising the Long coffee button. The instructions are slightly wrong but if you search the instructions online they're correct. The second time it tells you to 'press the Long button' it actually should say 'release the Long button'... That's my only grumble. ??

Taste of the coffee is great and easy to useand love the self cleaning

Lovely easy use. Couple of reservations: 1. Too much milk poured for cappuccino and it doesn’t save your preferences 2. Good and bad - cleans the coffee system when machine switches off (good) and when it is switched on again (why?) I do like it though. So easy!

The pre programmed milky coffees were not to our liking but with a bit of trial and error we now have them set up how we like them on my coffee. Only a few weeks in but very pleased with the machine

Makes great coffee, but a bit fiddly.

It's a fantastic machine, lots of options for black and white coffee (flat white, cappuccino, macchiato, latte), you can set the strength of each (5 options) and the volume of black coffee. You can also reprogram any of the milk ones if you so fancy. One thing that needs to be said is that De'Longhi are definitely not masters of user experience, so figuring out the obvious takes time and experimentation. For example, we had to spend some time to find out if it's possible to change the strength and volume of the pre-programmed milk coffees. Turns out you can only change the strength. You're welcome by the way, I just saved you a couple of days.
