I love this coffee machine. It will soon pay for itself as beans are so much cheaper than pods, and especially as we got it on offer from AO.

Makes a great coffee although not enough milk is dispensed when a cappuccino is made.

Still getting to grips with machine, but very pleased with it so far. Easy to follow instructions & easily cleaned.

Excellent value. Produces a well prepared cup of bean coffee with the minimum of effort. Easy to operate - good to wake up to every morning!

Seems to do what it says on the box but great customer service from ao from as soon as I ordered until delivery definitely recommend ao

The only thing that stops this getting 5 stars is the propensity of the milk nozzle to spray the milk down the side of the cup (occasionally) depending on the settings of the frother. Apart from that it is really very good indeed. Lovely coffees and a good range of milk settings. Much better than my old one (lasted over 5 years) which I also thought was very good. If you like coffee and particularly if you like Cappuccinos, Lattes, Flat Whites or Machiatto this is an excellent machine and has a larger water and coffee bean containers than in the past. Go on buy one you know it makes sense.

A dream of a coffee machine! Just having 1 in the morning has become 2 or 3 now?? So easy to use and keep clean. The various coffee options in the menu are great to mix it up with too??
