Makes a great cup of coffee, great features and easy to use. A little loud but it is grinding the beans so to be expected. Purchased ours during black Friday so for the price I would highly recommend it.

The first machine we got had a technical problem so it couldn't be set up. AO arranged for a direct swap a couple of days later. The machine makes nice coffee and is easy to use, so we are really happy. I've given it 4 stars because of the initial problem, but customer service has been excellent, as ever.
