I bought this to replace a pod machine, which worked OK but I wanted something that would allow me to use milk alternatives and be a bit kinder to the planet by ditching plastic pods. This is my first bean to cup machine, chosen for the convenience more than anything. I get it won't deliver a perfect flat white, but that's not why I bought it. The machine was easy to set up and even included a water test strip to assess the hardness in my area. Operating the machine is simple enough with cappuccino and black coffee at the touch of a button, and lattes or "flat white" accessible from the milk menu. The machine likes to keep itself clean, rinsing the coffee nozzle at startup/shutdown and the milk frother after use. Milk temperature seems variable hence the lack of 5 star rating. This could be due to me using milk from the fridge.

Great coffee and pretty easy to use. Is quite slow but I guess that's only to be expected as it is making the coffee from beans but well worth the wait. So far no downsides other than I haven't been able to work out how to make a decent size cappuccino while keeping the coffee strength up.

If you are a coffee lover then you need this machine in your life! This is a great product at a great price!

A great making and looking machine might look complicated but easy to set up and now the capachino looks as it should and a plus hot water that is and not luke warm so yep a good investment and of course AO was the best price and next day delevry what more can one ask.
