Really impressed with ao.com for their speedy reaction to my order, prompt delivery and with De’Longhi for a superb piece of machinery in their coffee machine. It is so versatile with the number of different combinations of coffee it produces and I haven’t have a failure yet. I think I’ve tried all the different coffees and even used it to make a cup of tea! I can’t praise both companies enough. I would highly recommend both of them - ao.com for their supply regime and De’Longhi for their product.

This is an excellent product that makes great coffee. Plenty of options and I'm sure it does as good a job as the more newer (and expensive) models, the only difference is this has no Bluetooth or app!! Why do you need all that, like me I assume most people get the cup out of the cupboard and move it underneath the nozzles! Sort of stood there anyway to press the button on the unit, rather than your phone. Don't be drawn into an 'app' for a coffee machine, absolutely no need!! Great product and as ever service from AO!!

Takes a bit of reading to get the hang of it but then very easy to use and to make all sorts of drinks. Also easy to clean. Great to be able to use ground coffee too so you can have decaf as an option.

This is a excellent machine, very easy to set up and use 5 star's
