Very good . Well packaged . Makes great coffee

Nice easy machine. Makes a good coffee and is highly customisable. Only downside is, it takes a minute or so to warm up & rinse each time you use it... Not a big problem, but the Sage I used to have used to just up and go straight away.

After my dolce gusto pod machine gave up, I decided to upgrade to a bean to cup machine. This machine is brilliant and convenient. Its almost entirely self cleaning and has a handy milk carafe that can go in the fridge when not in use. Makes brilliant coffees, cappuccinos and lattes once you have the settings suited to your taste.

Perfect coffee every time. Easy to use, clean and adjust. Choice of different coffees, very good cappuccino. Looks impressive too!

Very pleased with this coffee machine, just what we wanted. Took a while to work out settings etc. Easy to clean. Makes various coffees.

Compared to the barista style coffee machine we had before, this is a dream. So easy to use and none of the mess I had with the old one. I would definitely recommend it.

Good value for money, not as sturdy as my original which I had for 6 years. Hope this lasts as long.

I expected more from this bean to cup machine. So far it’s definitely not worth the money. The milk based coffee beverages don’t come out as they’re supposed to be - the flat white is too long (approx 300ml), and with a lot of foam instead of a nice, creamy milk texture; the cappuccino and macchiato are on the contrary- too short, and the latte is super watery. I booked a coffee demonstration with Delonghi so hopefully they can help. I assume it might be a case of faulty part as all other reviews are excellent which is what convinced me to buy the machine in the first place.
