Getting used to using my new coffee machine , the only thing i found was the guide to how to use it ln the box it came in are not clear , but after going on u tube am able to make nice coffee .

Been using the machine for a week now and I’m happy overall. Makes good coffee but still not familiar with some of the settings. Takes quite a bit of space compared to standard coffee machines/pod machines so make sure you have room in your kitchen ??

Great item! Very easy to set up with the handy step to step guidebook. What I found fantastic, is that you can set the hardness of your water on the machine and it also comes with a hardness tester strip included. Another great feature is that you can set the temperature of your coffee. Never have I seen this before! I am not a fan of really hot coffee as I feel it burns the coffee. It does like to rinse through more than expected but I guess that's great feature to prevent tainted water and the longevity of the machine.

Great machine, have been drinking coffee almost non stop since we got it! Some reviews say it doesn't get hot enough, but haven't had that problem. Neat machine with a compact footprint for what it is

Great coffee machine, love the built in frother that means quick and easy coffees. Milk jug easily removable to store in the fridge. Would highly recommend

The machine works fine, to an extent. You are meant to be able to set the size of 'my coffee' (i.e., the quantity of water you have). I only ever get half a mug of water, and when I try to change it, it either stops (and wastes the coffee for that 'cup') or just ignores me and makes half a cup. You can change the water temperature to suit you, so although I have read other reviews which state the coffee is not hot enough, that has not been the case for me. In fact, on one occasion I'm sure I scalded my tongue a bit, so don't be an idiot like me. I don't like that you need to leave 15cm clear at the top of the machine, as this means I am unable to keep it in the kitchen. Although this is a bit annoying, the plus side is that I now have it situated on my desk, so don't have to walk anywhere to get a coffee when working at home. The machine does seem ridiculously loud when making a coffee, but there again, I suppose it is grinding coffee beans so it may be usual.... although I don't think it gets that loud in coffee shops, so who knows Another downside (but also a good point I suppose) is that when it heats up and goes into standby mode it flushes water through the pipes. The downside to this is that the water tank is not that large, so it does need to be filled a lot more often. It also means that the drip tray, is more of a container for dirty water than you would expect a drip tray to be.
