Great machine although had a problem with the milk frothed. AO were excellent and sorted a replacement.

This bean to cup machine is fantastic. It does what it says it will do. Everything works very well. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. It makes fantastic coffee. It has made a great retirement present from my wife.

Upgraded from a capsule machine to this one, really like the coffee just takes a bit of getting used to with all the settings, as I like black Americano coffee drinks and hubby likes milky drinks, so we have played around with the settings to get what suits us best (YouTube videos are very useful for guidance on this) Overall very happy with the machine.

I like it , excellent quality machine. I haven’t figured out all the combinations / settings yet but so far so good. I only wish I had bought it sooner. I’m currently at the experimenting with different beans stage.

The email to leave a review happened to arrive on the day I set it up and it failed to work properly. Now the wait to see how difficult it's going to be to get this sorted.
