I am happy with the machine so far. It fits well in my kitchen and looks good. It has a very good array of options although for me personally I'd like ability to make americanos with one button (easier to use hot water then add the espresso shot). I'd advise not to get too frustrated to start with; it will take time to get the right combination of good coffee beans and drink configuration. Also I was originally concerned by people saying the milky drinks were cold but for me this has been no issue; you can either heat the cups on top of the machine, make the temp higher and (what I do) put hot water in the mug before making the drink. Overall the variety is the winner here; if you were not interested in milky drinks at all I'd get something else but if you are it is a very good choice.

Amazing coffee machine, does exactly what I wanted and more, quick and easy to use and can set a timer so it’s self cleaned and ready to use for a morning.

brilliant machine takes away all the time and effort i used to put in grinding and getting my coffee ready even easier with the milk section that can be easily stored in the fridge

Hard to use at first but once learnt making cups of coffee is a doddle

So far so good. I was really long time looking for a bean to cup coffee machine for a good price. Finally I got my own perfect coffee machine for a bargain price.

Amazing value. Able to adjust settings to suit your taste. Milk foamer is great and can use plant based milks also. Hears up rather fast and being able to add ground manually for decaf is great.

Really easy to set up in less than 5 minutes. Purchased as we are new parents to twins, one button delivers two coffees for its on skyrocket deprived mornings... Couldnt be simpler
