Does not brew full cups very annoying

Great bean to cup automatic coffee machine. It has many features features and does rather good coffe and milk coffee at the press of a button. Only minor complaint is that it uses quite a lot of water as it rinses the whole system out each time it's turned on and off. But the useful screen reminds you to fill up the tank when low.

Great little machine, really easy to use and has stopped me from going to get coffee daily! Not quite a 5 star review due to the milk being not hot enough and having to warm my mug otherwise the coffee is lukewarm.

Controls/process to adjust levels of milk/coffee are a bit fiddly, machine a quite noisy (compared to previous bean2cup machine) but good coffee at the end...and that is the most important thing.

I absolutely love this coffee machine. Coffee can be tailored to your own taste. You will not be disappointed. Coffee always comes out hot. Cleaning function is a good idea too

For people who are unaccustomed to coffee machines like me, it was a slight challenge to work out how to use it properly. However after a dozen or so attempts the process will become easier and the quality of your coffee improves. It's amazing tasting coffee (better than shop bought) and the selection of milk based beverages: latte macchiato, cappuccino and flat white are brilliant. They are all very professional in appearance and taste. Exactly what I was looking for. The only real issue is the amount of cleaning required. It comes with removable parts which need to be cleaned regularly. Also it has a self cleaning program which cleans the spouts. However a receptacle is needed to collect the excess water/milk as the drip tray is not deep enough to hold much liquid. One should be provided I think. It did only take 3 weeks for a message to appear stating that a de-scaling program was required which is okay as a couple of descaling solution packs are included but it remains to be seen how often this needs to be done (cost of descaling solution?). Overall, if you want quality coffee at home this is the machine for you. It might take a little while to get used to but it will be worth it!

Easy to use, easy to clean. Makes great coffees love it. I would 100% recommend this coffee machine. The milk frother is the best part. Temperature of the milk is just right to drink
