So 5 stars (would have said 4.6) It was well packaged by manufacturer & in perfect condition except for the bit mentioned below (as you’d expect). The appliance itself makes very respectable tasting coffee, is quite wide ranging in what it can do. (Macchiato, latte, cappuccino, flat white, expresso & more). In my case, this was a second machine to use elsewhere- and my main one is another, far more pricey brand / model - and in terms of taste - it’s a good match. I would say that it would be nicer if it were easier to Customise the volume of milk dispensed in a drink more easily - in say millilitres rather than going into a mode where it fills a glass and you set it to stop when there’s enough in the glass / cup. My other machine allows you to dictate, in ml, how much coffee/mil individually into a glass / mug (obv we’re not talking about espresso here). I would expect it to have this functionality & perhaps have a better build quality (the shiny piano black plastici was scratched literally out of the box on mine) it’s so very easy to scratch - this is a bit of a shame. The milk vessel is a little on the small side but that’s no real trouble. Using glasses of differing sizes is a little bit of a game - so more presetting functionality would be nice. It takes quite tall glasses which is excellent. The brewer unit doesn’t get that mucky and doesn’t throw coffee all inside itself (as my other BTC machine does - that’s a royal pain) so this is an excellent plus / tick in my book - I’m forever cleaning the interior of the other brand machine (which cost double this ones cost). You must keep btc machines clean as there are insects which love decaying coffee detritus - I’ve heard stories from coffee machine service engineering folk - so be warned! So recommended and I would by this brand again!

Great value, saves money in the long run from buying coffee out.

Love my new coffee machine! Only had it for a few days so getting used to making the different types of coffee. Would have given it 5* but have found that the flat white and macchiato aren’t as hot as I would like. I know that it is possible to adjust the temperature but haven’t figured out how to do it yet!

A great machine, it does everything it is supposed to do.

Long gone are the days of grainy cafetière coffee in my house. This machine makes a really good cup of coffee quickly and has plenty of options for different kinds of milk-based drinks. The Flat White setting suits me just fine! As ever, AO delivery was faultless.

Absolutely amazing and so easy to use

Great machine and much better than Nespresso. Large water tank and makes great Lattes and Maciattos.

Great coffee machine !! The only thing I would say is the milk could be a little hotter but this is the only thing I can fault
