Once you have set up the machine you can make different styles of coffee at the touch of a button. The taste is great and it cleans itself, what’s not to love!

The product is amazing and functional. The design is classic and sophisticated. The coffee machine is full of functions and it's not as noisy as I imagined. I love it.

Coffee - At it's best - we have looked at so many bean to cup machines that it drives you silly and confused. When the Black Friday deals came on TV this product was on offer at an excellent price so a little bit of research and this was the one we decided to order. Within 48 hrs it was sitting on our work top looking fabulous. As advised by a number of reviews we read the instruction booklet from cover to cover and off we started - well after a few hits and missed and back to the instructions book we are now enjoying perfect coffee and so pleased after all the years of just using a french press/cafetierre. We are so pleased with the service from AO providing us with just what we wanted. One tip is :- don't just get any coffee beans, research that too as there is so many variations on offer according to taste - and enjoy.

I really like this machine: attractive, well-made and simple to use once you have mastered the instructions and experimented with its numerous functions. Makes decent espresso but it's probably too automated for coffee geeks who like more control of the output. Having said that, you can vary strength, temperature and length of drink to a reasonable degree. Would have given 5 stars if the milk temperature had been a little higher, although the milk carafe system delivers perfect frothed milk suitable for the drink being made. Coffee temperature is OK. Good rinsing and cleaning functions make maintenance easy and the large bean hopper and water tank mean you are not forever filling them up.
