More control over milk temperature needed

Have been using it for almost a week and still not got it right. Many variables. Knew it would take trial and error but it is getting rather tedious. Have turned temperature to maximu but microwave still needed to get a hot drink rather than one which can be drunk straight down. Will persevere as it is an expensive but well built machine.
