Love our new coffee machine, we have used it several times a day as you have instant hot water for a cup of tea too, we havent used the kettle for weeks! Easy to set up and understand, the whole family can use it including the kids! Only negative for me is that milky drinks like the latte aren't quite hot enough as you can only make the coffee hotter and not the milk. However it is still hot enough to enjoy. Just needs drinking straight away. So impressed with this, really glad we chose this one.

Amazing machine, once set up, just press a button and have perfect coffee your way every time! Easy to programme, easy to clean. Highly recommend.

We had a built in coffee maker that cost over £1500; a new kitchen meant that it had to go; searched for a replacement and this came out as the best for our needs at less than half the price ; great coffee and great service from AOL would recommend this product

Nothing too fancy like cup from the app as would lose my mind with it! Great coffee every time with a press of the button. You can customise your cappuccinos or set ‘my coffee’ if you wish. Milk carafe is fab - had an old model before where I had to froth myself so happy that I can start on sandwiches while my coffee is pouring. I am also happy with a size of the water tank as the previous one I had Magnifica, was way too small for my family. It does look great too.

Easy to set up and gives us great coffee with lots of options. Very impressed so far.

Easy set up, love the warm milk and it makes an easy flat white

It produces all different types of coffee and all taste really good. My partner used to be a barista and gets cross with the machine as it produces automatically foam as good as she took some time to make by hand. If any criticism the drinks can be not quite hot enough, but heating the cup beforehand using hot water from the machine) helps a lot. The self clean function also works well. All together highly recommended.

I’ve wanted one of these for years but couldn’t justify the price! How wrong was I, justified on the 1st week, so easy to use and the coffee is a cut above any shop. Very pleased would definitely recommend, great service from AO with very fast delivery
