Easy to use. Makes lovely coffee. Yum!

Thought about buying for some time. Bought to replace a pod machine. Great coffee and easy to follow instructions. Good to be able to make different coffees without having to buy and store different pods.

Instruction manual took an hour to read but worth the effort . Makes a great cup of coffee - any which way you like it !

I bought my first bean to cup machine, a De'Longhi ESAM, about five years ago. Over 13,000 cups of coffee later, it developed a minor fault, so I decided to by another one and give the old machine to my sister. I stuck with De'Longhi because the old one had worked so well. This one is much quieter, easier to service, and makes good coffee. The only negative I can think of is the fact that the power button is hard to find first thing in the morning in a dark kitchen without my reading glasses - be nice if it was illuminated or a different colour. My fault for buying a black machine, rather than a silver one though.

Make good coffee, efficient and easy to use.

Love our new coffee machine, we have used it several times a day as you have instant hot water for a cup of tea too, we havent used the kettle for weeks! Easy to set up and understand, the whole family can use it including the kids! Only negative for me is that milky drinks like the latte aren't quite hot enough as you can only make the coffee hotter and not the milk. However it is still hot enough to enjoy. Just needs drinking straight away. So impressed with this, really glad we chose this one.

Amazing machine, once set up, just press a button and have perfect coffee your way every time! Easy to programme, easy to clean. Highly recommend.
