Yes it's a tad expensive BUT if you love your java then this has to be the one for you. Easy to use. Just pop a bag full (250g) of beans in the back. Fill the tank up with water. Select the strength of your desired cup. Push a button and within seconds you'll get the best tasting cuppa coffee available in your home. Like a hot tea ? No problem put a tea bag in your cup pop it under the hot water spout and push hot water. Instant hot water and 250mil enough for a mug of tea. It will do hot milk and any of your favorite milky coffees. You'll get about 30 cups of Coffee from 250g It holds about 2ltrs of water enough for about 8 mugs of hot water I fill it once a day. Oh also keeps your mug warm as there's a hot plate on the top. Machine can be programmed to your desired cup of coffee from how hot to how much milk and coffee goes into each different drink. Included in the box is a water filter and descaling fluid a cleaning brush and ground coffee scoop. You can use ground coffee in the machine but one scoop at a time. You have to tell the machine to use ground coffee and not beans. You also have to tell the machine that you are using the water filter. There is a clock on it where you can set the machine to turn on at a set time of the day so its ready to use when your get up in the morning. It tells you when to empty the used coffee out which are solid circles of coffee grounds (possibly useful in compost heaps)

Great coffee to bean machine, and looks great in our kitchen. The milk frother is great and it's a very easy to use machine. Would note that you need a space so you can access the top of the machine to add the beans so may not fit under your wall cupboards.

I am a bit of a coffee aficionado and therefore have a huge need for good, well made and poured coffee, this machine replaced an older model I had and it is superb, the grind adjustment is great, the coffee tastes exactly as it should and the machine is so easy to use and maintain. The only criticism I have is that the instruction manual is not very clear on certain setting and adjustments but the machine itself is brilliant.

I’m not normally a coffee drinker. But I thought. If I am going to get a coffee machine I would get a good one. What can I say? This product doesn’t disappoint. It does everything it should. And produces excellent coffee from bean to cup. I would recommend this to everyone it’s an excellent machine. It does every type of coffee too!

Great and easy machine to use, only one issue is that the milk isn’t as warm as I’d like it to be, but that’s because I prefer the milk to be hotter than normal.

I bought it as our first coffee machine after reading lots of rewievs and have to say - it doesn't dissapoint! Easy to set up and operate, makes a perfect cup of coffee time and time again. Straightforward and tasty milky coffees too! Only downside I would say is that drip tray is getting scratched easily. But overall great quality for affordable price.
