ordered this bean to cup coffee machine as my previous machine stopped working. Grate coffee teats, relay easy to set up and use. always on hand to provide me a cup of my favourite brew.

We were looking to upgrade our current coffee machine so spent a considerable amount of time before making our final choice. Preciously, we had a pod coffee machine, but given the impact on the environment, the expense of coffee pods and the impact on taste, we decided to invest in a bean to cup model. So far, the De'Longhi Eletta Cappuccino machine has not disappointed. It has reduced our use of plastic, saved money in the long term and given us access to a fantastic, tasty, much larger range of coffee products. Firstly, the range of coffee types the machine produces is fabulous. You can pretty much dispense any coffee from a long black, to a cappuccino or macchiato. Furthermore, you can produce all of these drinks pretty much instantly - a mere press of a button! Secondly, drinks are customisable. You can alter the coffee strength, length and the amount of both coffee and milk you require, meaning that the machine is very versatile and caters for all coffee tastes. This is very easy to do and requires very little other than reading the instructions and pressing some buttons! Finally, the machine pretty much takes care of itself. It has self cleaning functions, (again a mere press of a button and turn of a dial) which help to keep it in good working order. The milk dispenser is dishwasher safe. The machine even tells you when it needs emptying or water adding. Our one criticism would be that if you're having a long, milky drink, such as a latte, these can be a little cooler than we would like. However, this could be a personal preference and those wishing to make a quick coffee thats instantly ready to drink may actually benefit from this. Overall, a great product. We feel that it has been a great investment and worthwhile purchase. If you're a devoted coffee drinker then prepare to drink even more coffee beverages!

Great machine make great tasting coffee, need to read the manual as this will make it easy to understand all the great functions

This really makes a lovely coffee with ease. Of course the result depends on the beans you use and personal taste, but this machine delivers. No fancy apps with this , but really not needed when making the coffee is so simple.

It's a very good machine and tastes amazing since the few weeks I've owned. A couple of occasions it has stalled and cut out and have to turn plug on and off but hopefully this gets better with time.

This coffee machine is super easy to use, with lots of different options to make your favourite coffee. It cleans and rinses itself which is super-handy. The hot water spout is also useful for tea/hot choc as well. No complaints so far!

bought this to replace the gaggia we had found the price really good it makes a perfect cappuccino sons tried the latte and i have done the grandchildren hot chocolate which they love .they now know how do to it themselves aged 7 and 9 [been watched]the coffee machine is that easy to use wehave found that the drinks that come out of the machine are hot all in all really pleased with this coffee machine and would recommend
