It was so great coffee maker. I was so satisfied for the result on my everyday coffee in the morning and evening or the rest of the day.

Exactly what I wanted. The machine is quite noisy which I had read in other reviews, but I don't have anything to compare it too; so unsure how noisy it is compared to other machines. Plenty of options for different types of coffees. Good that the milk container can be removed and stored in the fridge and when it's not there, the little spout is available for hot water.

Once it’s setup it’s fantastic, makes great tasting coffee and the espressos even have a nice crema on top which is a pleasant surprise. Setup was a bit difficult with a few error messages and I wish it could go a bit hotter on the hot water, but overall it’s a fantastic machine at a great price. I would highly recommend.

Does exactly what it claim to do. Relatively easy to set up and use - clear instructions. Produces coffee as good as high street chains. Takes pride of place in our kitchen

Had an issue with the 1st two machines, manufacturing fault which should have been picked up by quality control. Not AO's fault atall but they way they handled the matter just couldn't have been bettered. When taking the protective film off the control panel it was lifting the print off with it. Third machine is fine. The machine is great. My second delonghi bean to cup machine. Very simple to use and look after. Some complain of the metal surface where the coffee is dispensed scratching and looking unsightly. Yes it does if you use cups because the bottom of them is rough, use double walled glasses and it stays unmarked plus you can see the coffee being made which look cool. Machine is well made and finished. Also, use a microfiber cloth to clean the control panel and then you wont scratch that either. My last delonghi made over 5000 cups of coffee before I sold it and bought this one as it was an upgrade. The milk menu gives total control over how you make your coffee and the 'my coffee' function is very useful. Nice on this machine that, if you dont replace the filter it doesn't keep prompting you on the display panel, I use water from a filter jug to fill. Making coffee is very quick an easy. Maintenance is also very easy. Love it

This is my first Bean to Cup machine, I checked many alternative machine reviews and in the end was caught between this and the ECAM44.660.SB machine which was £40 cheaper. It is well well worth paying the extra, easy to use and set up for your personalized type of coffee, easy to clean, easy to fill with water without having to move machine, removable milk container fits in fridge when not in use and finally is a very neat and compact bit of kit not taking up a lot of room on the kitchen counter. The one thing that is very important is read the manual all the way through before starting as setting up initially you need to jump forwards and backwards in the manual to get things right, but after that you are rewarded with great coffee every time. One extra tip, for the hottest coffee pre warm the cups with a little hot water. Other than that its been a great addition to the kitchen

The machine itself is very easy to use and prepares delicious coffee. It comes with very handy and detailed instructions. Has many preset coffee types. Flat white is my fav! Definitely recommend!

This machine makes great coffee and hot chocolate The milk frother is a handy option. It’s a smart looking machine too.
