Coffee quality is very good, coffee puks aren't small so not wasting coffee. Good compact milk holder. Only issue was the ink printing on the display. When the protective plastic was pulled off it took some of the button ink off. I got the replacement and the same happened. Maybe a faulty batch. AO sorted it out in the end.

Purchased after much deliberation and with everyone in the house liking different coffee's this was the model we decided on. Provides everything you could need, good milk frother, adjustable grind settings, strength adjustment, serving size and once you get in to it you can adjust everything to your liking even temperature. Timed on setting is useful for the mornings but only takes seconds to heat up and is quieter than other machines ive used. All round great machine with great pre programmed drinks list although we do find we use milk frother seperatley to get a perfect custom latte, flat white etc. My one little gripe would be that the spout height could be an inch higher to accomodate a tall glass. My latte glasses fit if you slightly tilt it under but no good if glass is full when removing. Taller than 6inch will be no good. This is another reason we use frother in to a seperate jug so we can pour in to tall glass but it doesnt bother us. For the price its an incredible buy.

After a lot of research and watching online videos I decided to purchase this specific model. My first choice was the De'Longhi ECAM45.760 model, very similar, but push buttons and it is only available in white. AO did not have this model and because I wanted to purchase from AO , I decided on the ECAM 44.660 model. The touch buttons are easy to use and the surface of it is of a good quality. It was the touch buttons that made me lean towards the 45.760 model. However, I cannot fault it. A lot of reviews does mention the temperature of the coffee. It is not boiling hot but hot enough to enjoy immediately. If you like to linger drinking a long coffee, then I think it might not be hot enough. I prefer short warm coffees to drink immediately. The various milk frothing options are great. The strong coffee settings is also great... it does make a difference which strength you choose. The self cleaning function is wonderful, so you know you always get a good quality coffee. Auto switch on and switch off very handy. All in all a very nice machine.

Bought as Christmas present for daughter who wanted this model. She noticed first day using it that the printed control buttons were starting to disappear, contacted AO on boxing day and things could not have been simpler. Makers contacted, exchange organised and told to carry on using it until replaced. No such issues with replacement, bean to cup just as you like and a nice fact that the milk jug stores in the fridge.

Easy to clean, easy to use and looking good. Can recommend to all coffee lovers x
