This really makes a lovely coffee with ease. Of course the result depends on the beans you use and personal taste, but this machine delivers. No fancy apps with this , but really not needed when making the coffee is so simple.

It's a very good machine and tastes amazing since the few weeks I've owned. A couple of occasions it has stalled and cut out and have to turn plug on and off but hopefully this gets better with time.

This coffee machine is super easy to use, with lots of different options to make your favourite coffee. It cleans and rinses itself which is super-handy. The hot water spout is also useful for tea/hot choc as well. No complaints so far!

bought this to replace the gaggia we had found the price really good it makes a perfect cappuccino sons tried the latte and i have done the grandchildren hot chocolate which they love .they now know how do to it themselves aged 7 and 9 [been watched]the coffee machine is that easy to use wehave found that the drinks that come out of the machine are hot all in all really pleased with this coffee machine and would recommend

It was so great coffee maker. I was so satisfied for the result on my everyday coffee in the morning and evening or the rest of the day.

Exactly what I wanted. The machine is quite noisy which I had read in other reviews, but I don't have anything to compare it too; so unsure how noisy it is compared to other machines. Plenty of options for different types of coffees. Good that the milk container can be removed and stored in the fridge and when it's not there, the little spout is available for hot water.

Once it’s setup it’s fantastic, makes great tasting coffee and the espressos even have a nice crema on top which is a pleasant surprise. Setup was a bit difficult with a few error messages and I wish it could go a bit hotter on the hot water, but overall it’s a fantastic machine at a great price. I would highly recommend.

Does exactly what it claim to do. Relatively easy to set up and use - clear instructions. Produces coffee as good as high street chains. Takes pride of place in our kitchen
