Upgraded to this machine from a De'Longhi Dedica as I wanted a machine that was more convenient and didn't feel like making a coffee was a chore. This machine delivers on so many levels, you can literally tailor every setting to suit. From the 13 different grinding settings, to the strength of the coffee, the amount of coffee, how hot you want your coffee and how frothy you want your milk, this machine will please everyone. I was sceptical about the automatic milk frother as didn't believe it would be as good as a wand, it takes a few cups of coffee when you first use the machine for it to make a decent froth, but once you break it in so to speak, you'll be more than impressed. A range of different high quality coffees at a touch of a button, what's not to love? Find the beans that suit your taste and you'll never entertain coffee chains again!

Generally very happy, but all milk based drinks could do with being hotter!

I received my coffee machine a couple of days after ordering it and it’s fantastic. Does everything it say ms on the tin and more. The only thing missing for me would be the option of using two types of beans so that I could have a decaf from time to time.

Makes extremely nice cappuccinos, black coffees and other recipes. The buttons are programmable to an extent, so it remembers what your favourite settings are for one-touch cappuccinos etc. It's very easy to operate and I'm very pleased that I bought this bean-to-cup coffee machine. The only downside to bear in mind is that DeLonghi are dreadful at answering emails - I had some pre-sales enquiries and their responses are extremely slow and sometimes inaccurate. Did my own research and decided on this machine.

Fantastic machine, looks great, hot coffee, quick and quiet love it.

OK so many options for personal settings on both milk, & coffee it's mind boggling. I have previously used bean to cup machines with manual milk frothing, I was sceptical about the milk quality that an fully automatic machine would produce. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality & temperature, but still trying to get my head round milk first cappuccino's. Early days for a complete assessment as I I still playing with the settings but very happy ?? so far

I am very pleased with this purchase. Delivery was on time by a very friendly delivery man. Setup was straight forward and the machine is really easy to use. It provides a selection of various types of coffee, or just hot milk. Also you can get just hot water for a cup of tea. I would highly recommend this De'Longhi Eletta ECAM44.660.B
