I or my partner no longer need to pass a Costa or any other coffee shop no more in the morning this machine does it all. Wonderfull smooth frothy coffee every time highly recommended. A most valuable asset to the household.

Just upgraded from our old De’Longhi which have had about ten years as it has greater functions If this one lasts as long will have no complaints.

Its very good coffee maker, no bigger problems, make very good coffe. Its very easy to use.

Makes lovely cups of coffee and we use the hot water for cups of tea. It’s quite loud but you very quickly get used to it. It doesn’t seem to come with a tool to clean the plastic tube in the milk carafe but apart from that me and my coffee-mad fiancé are very pleased with it!

Black coffee was nice. Unfortunately the milk was tepid at best even with temp set to maximum. Unit was returned and replaced for another model.

Very easy to use, pleasure to make coffee every morning, smells fresh coffee all kitchen. At first it was a little noisy but now got used to this, overall im very happy with purchase, no negative opinion.

Superb quality product, very easy to set up and use, many different options that all make sense. Highly recommend.
