Very happy with the product.Makes perfect coffees,nice design,also easy touch display of buttons.I have been comparing with other delonghi coffee machines and deciding about a week with which one i should go.I found this delonghi eletta for me as number one.Fast heating up system,always text you on screen what the mashine going to do or given you an order what you need to do as fill tank,empty grounds,top up beans etc...You can set how long you want your shot of coffee,also how strong.Milk menu is great,frother karrafe only if it could make a milk a bit hotter,but that i solved with microwave :)

I’m still experimenting with the strengths and grind size of my coffees, but so far I’m really pleased I chose this particular machine. One slight niggle is that I can’t make a full mug of coffee, I have to top it up with extra water. My mugs are bigger than the max 180ml that the machine can be programmed to deliver. As long say that is really a small complaint, in all other aspects the machine is perfect for me. I have even started to use it to have hot milk on my cereal. I haven’t quite got the hang of making the perfect lattte yet, which I enjoy occasionally as a change from my usual black coffee, but in time I’ll get there. I can’t wait to get home from work now so I can have a fabulous cup of coffee.

Very easy to set up from removing it from the box to our work top. I would recommend watching the various You Tube videos on this machine. I have found them most informative. It was easy to adjust the quantity of coffee for 'Long Coffee' The expresso coffee is very good and although I have only tried a cappuccino once, it was easily delivered and my friend thought it was delicious. I am very happy with my machine - thank you De'Longhi

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. Its so easy to use and makes great coffee can't fault this product well worth the money

Great machine it takes quite a bit of setting up but once done it makes beautiful coffee and very quickly and very nice tasting.

Fantastic, easy to set up. Makes a great cup of coffee. Cappuccino great, love the milk dispenser. The self clean feature is great, and pleased it happens every time you turn on/off. Was pleasantly surprised it included hard water test and ability to set the machine to match your local water. As good as high street coffee shops!!!! I could go on and on and on. Definitely a lifetime purchase, not cheap but worth every penny.
