I love this machine. It is easy to use and along with the app you can customise the brew for each variety of bean you use. There is nothing negative I can say about this machine expect since receiving it I have drank way to much coffee. I have never had or used a coffee machine like this before so have no comparison but I feel I certainly picked the right choice. Much to my surprise my favourite coffee so far is the cold brew latte ( I’ve never like cold brew previously) Delivery was on the selected date and within the hour advised, well packaged. Would strongly recommend this machine and AO for it’s purchase

I did so much research on machines , and this is the best by far , makes so many different coffees, big water tank and so so easy to use , the machine with its colour display literally talks you though step by step ! The machine doesn’t take up too much room either and everything is compact and actually is a really nice looking machine .definitely recommend 100 percent

This is the best bean to cup coffee machine I have ever bought, worth every penny! All the drinks are 10/10, and the milk frothing technology is superb. Definitely recommend.

Purchased to replace a ten year old Gagia machine that was starting to play up. ‘Which’ recommended this model so though expensive I went with Which and bought it. I only drink espresso or a mug of black so didn’t need all the bells & whistles that came with it so can only comment on these two modes. It doesn’t seem to make the creama that the Gaggia made but that may be me not adjusting the grind? The App which allows you to make a coffee whilst you’re still in bed took a few go’s to load. I must be doing something wrong, I don’t really understand how you can make a coffee remotely? Who empties the cup of the water from priming the pump when the machine switches on? I went down to a weak over filled mug!! Bottom line, it’s ok, does the job but it’s as said, expensive.

Absolutely love it ! Game changer when it comes to coffe making, i haved old Delonghi Ecam before and im glad i changed it . Uses less Coffee beans , personalise each mug the way you want Cold Coffee brew tastes just as good as Costa summer cold drink menu if not better Mashine itself is nice and sleek, blends in a kitchen decor

The machine is a great improvement over our last coffee machine. The machine is intuative and gives you all the guidence you need when learning to make drinks, the coffee tastes stronger and seems to be finer grinding, infact we have been able to switch to decaff beans with the same great strength and taste as normal coffee. The cup height clearance is much better, the whole machine just seems very well designed. The temperature is alot hotter than the other machine and it does wonderful cold drinks too. I have made a wide variety of drinks (hot & cold) and they have all been amazing! we will always aspire to get this machine in the future, as I am not sure we could settle for anything else.
