5 star product, amazing coffee

I am over the moon with my Delhongi Prima Donna Soul bean to cup coffee machine Theres loads of drinks to choose from and its great I can use the app for my drinks Delicious . Plus it looks gorgeous in my kitchen. Well recomended.

Absolutely fantastic coffee machine ! This Primadonna soul replaced my 14 year old Delhongi Esam 4200, I Absolutely live my new coffee machine, it makes a vast amount of different coffee's at a touch of a button, the milk carafe is excellent, and the machine reminds you to use the self clean feature everytime you have made a frothed coffee, I'm soo pleased I went for the Primadonna soul, it's very good value for money ! The app works really well, and the machine was really easy to set up. I would highly recommend this model !

Absolutely Fantastic coffee machine, I bought this to replace my old Delhongi ESAM4200 which I had for 14 years, the Primadonna soul excellent, it make a vast variety of drinks, the carafe is excellent, and produces excellent frothed milk, and the machine reminds you to select the self clean technology, I had a couple of issues with the app for the first couple of days, however it's working absolutely fine now, and connects everytime. I would highly recommend this coffee machine.

Great product, but the app doesn’t work well and you can’t change some of the setting with out it. If they update the app it would be 5 stars.

Quite easy to set up after you have spent 2 hours reading the manual. You need to use at least 10 times before it starts to work well. Milk and machine cleans it self every time Bad points When you have put beens in if you don’t like them you then need to put others in and run through 8 or 9 coffees before it comes right If you decide to use the app the machine will rinse through before your coffee so not such a good idea

After weeks of research I took the plunge and so pleased I did. Great machine!!!!! Very pleased and as always dealing with AO was a pleasure!
