Great product, an upgrade from a Gaggia bean to cup machine. Like the milk crema system that froths the milk. One press coffee, got the temperature and cup size sorted now. It cost more than my original budget, but worth it.

Great machine that does amazing coffee. What i consider a minus for such an expensive espresso is that doesn't tell you when is not having enough water for the beverage.

Machine is quick to set up, big and makes lovely coffee. Cannot find out where the automatic turn on is. Also was supposed to come with a water test strip and a mug to go travel mug which were not in the box. For the price that is very disappointing to say the least!

The machine is fab. User friendly interface. SIMPLE setup. If you WANT to you can customise each drink by selecting cup size and coffee strength. I have tried two different types of coffee bean and the machine adapts to what beans you have used dependant on colour and strength. Looks great/modern and does not take up much space. Holds great amount of water and convenient milk dispenser can just be removed and popped in the fridge once drinks made. Without a doubt best machine i have had to date and I have had a few.

Upgraded from another De’Longhi bean to cup machine. Definitely worth the money. Coffee’s taste really good and the adaptive technology works really well to dial in the grind for different beans.

This machine makes amazing coffee as good as any highstreet brand and all at your fingertips. A wide selection to choose from the touchscreen. It has an app for your phone to, but in my opinion not worth it, you can do it all from the machine.
