Very easy to use and gives excellent results. Cleaning out the carpet fibres from the machine during and after use is fiddly.

Cleans very well, easy to use. Putting water tanks back together is a bit awkward. All in all worth the money

Fantastic out carpets were really grubby but this cleaned them up like new!

My old Vax carpet cleaner died after 20 years of loyal service. Ordered this as a replacement and it arrived the next day and was put to work immediately on the stair carpet. Did a sterling job. It’s a heavy machine but the stair carpet attachment made cleaning that stairs a dream. Subsequently have cleaned several other carpets and rugs and am very impressed.
