The lower freezer compartment door came with a large score on it. The upper tray for milk bottles etc. does not leave enough room to fit in a wine bottle. When trying to resolve the score issue with AO they insisted that they needed the serial number. I was given conflicting advice as to where to find this. There were two bar codes fitting this description. I was told I would find the code on the fridge but in actual fact it was in a packet which came with four stickers requiring to be placed on the fridge. The call waiting time was extremely wrong and although the assistant was trying to be as helpful as possible, the whole experience was frustrating. The product is too young to decide whether it is going to last. I only went with this particular model because it was integrated and fitting the precise measurements of the space required. Otherwise I consider it to be very pricey for something very standard.

The main reason I chose this particular model was the reviews said it was really quiet ... well when the compressor is off it is really quiet, but when it kicks in there is an irritating high pitched buzz. I appreciate there will always be some noise from these products but do be aware it can be very irritating (well it is to me).

Easy to instal. Quiet and effective. As with all integrated fridge freezers they’re not as big but still good layout!

Well built and good value for money. The installation instructions aren’t as clear as they could be but found it really easy to swap the doors round.
