Early days but so far working well - quick and reasonably priced coffee. Only downside so far is that sometimes the coffee is dripping quite long time so if you take your cup out soon, the rest is going to the drip tray. With intensive use it fills up quickly. However, the selection of coffees is very good and I have used Nespresso machines before - so far this seems better.

It’s ok and does the job. Here are the negatives in my opinion. The water container is too small, but this is the same with most coffee machines, sometimes the pods make a mess, i.e. the liquid doesn’t go directly into mug, for no apparent reason. However, this doesn’t happen very frequently. The bracket that holds the drip tray at a higher level gets in the way when using the lower level. It would be better if you could push the mug back further instead. I don’t understand why the flex is red - it doesn’t really go with most contemporary kitchens - black would do thanks! The general quality of the plastic doesn’t seem as good as our old Dolce Gusto Krups KP2000

I love it. Really easy to use. I had a manuel machine last time and went for an automatic machine this time and its much better as it cuts out delivering the perfect amount of milk and coffee in to the cup. My second dolce gusto machine and will definitely be staying faithful to the brand.
