After using a different brand of coffee machine for a couple of years that costs nearly a £100 more than this machine we decided to give it a go, I have to say it is a brilliant coffee machine, it holds twice as much beans and water and the steam function to heat the milk makes cleaning effortless, no more cleaning of the milk pipes on a nightly basis, I did invest in a stainless steel milk jug for the steam function, makes lovely coffee, a pleasure to clean and simple to use, for the money compared to others, a bargain. 100% happy with the product
