We thought it was good value. We love the timer button&choice of quick washes, it's so quiet and does the job! Very thorough instruction booklet too.

Easy to operate, takes a reasonable sized load and plenty of options to the type of load .

Awful machine. Only rinses twice. Takes fabric softener/antibacterial fluid in on the FIRST rinse on the faster programmes. Hard on fabric causing wear and tear. Colour run even on 20/30 degree settings. I had to faff around with it to get what I wanted out of it. The stand alone rinse and spin cycle was 55 minutes long. Made a really high whining noise on some of the programmes when on spin. Thankfully I got rid. Read the accompanying operation leaflet carefully. Even though you may set the temp/spin options to what you want the machine will over ride these and only allow what the programme dictates (for example programme 1 and 2 will only allow a maximum spin of 1000rpm despite being a full 7kg load).
