Great product for the price and first class delivery service

Washes the clothes, lovely. Good choice of cycles and options. But oh my word is it loud!! I have to stop the machine before it spins because when it goes into its spin cycle, it shakes the whole house!! The kettle on the kitchen counter above the machine, actually started to rock!! I feel so sorry for the neighbours.
