Great product, no issues there, but... Make sure, if the appliance is "built in", that access to the electrical socket and water supply are easily reached. We paid for the removal, recycle and install option, but when the washing machine was delivered it could not be installed as the AO chaps were not certified to do the needed installation. I have no issues with this after speaking to AO customer services they refunded in full the removal/installation fee of £50 without me even asking. We are very happy with the job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AO.
