Good machine. No problems with it so far (we've had it a week). Installation was super easy and it was great to have someone tale the recycling away and old machine. Drum is a little small for what we needed really but that's what you get with a cheaper machine. Delivery, recycling and installation was more expensive than other sites but we needed the machine ASAP and AO could deliver to us in 2 days which was great.

Wanted a machine with 1400 spin and programs with different times and temperature settings. This was the cheapest deal I could find that fitted what I wanted. Ordering was simple and delivery within 2 days. Always good service from ao and have no problem recommending them.

Only had it a few weeks so too early to tell about reliability. Very happy so far. Lots of fast zone wash options with low energy use. Doesn’t walk across the room when spinning & also very quiet. Delivery & installation was brilliant. I ordered late in the evening & it was delivered at 7.10 in the morning just over a day later. The delivery guys had it up & running within ten minutes. Well worth paying for installation & removal of the old machine & packaging. You can do the disconnection yourself. Would recommend based on experience so far.

Smart, compact and with customisable settings this is a very efficient machine. Well worth its money.

Purchased for an elderly relative with vision problems. They are delighted with it as the controls are really simple and it cleans well and quietly.

Really good selection of programmes, especially shorter ones. Reasonably simple to use, programmes clear and straightforward. Although Could do with obvious display of temperatures for each programme ( although I may have not noticed yet as only been using for a few days) Impressed with how quiet the machine is and that you can open door nice and quickly when finished. A little disappointed with the spin, it doesn’t seem to leave washing as dry as previous machine . Washing feels a bit wet at the end of wash.
