Fairly easy to use and did a good job on first use. It's not light so not as easy to use as a standard vacuum cleaner, but a carpet cleaner isn't really for every day use, so not a problem. Comes with cleaning solution to add to the water tank, but warns you only to use the Shark branded ones. Probably just to boost sales, I imagine any similar type of liquid cleaner can be used but will check ingredients Got some ingrained coffee stains to remove and it's going to take more than one clean, but it's made a decent start and theres also a hose attachement to focus on such stains.

Amazing product , with a full house of light carpets and four children I wish I had purchased this sooner . Leaving the carpets touch dry within half an hour , I will be using this carpet cleaning on a regular basis to keep on top of them . I would recommend this product to everyone .

Great carpet cleaner! Light in weight for movement but heavy enough to apply some pressure to the carpet when cleaning. Shark cleaning solution provided however this is used up pretty quickly due to size of bottle so you will need more solution if cleaning a bigger area. Hand tool has good suction and sprays out a decent amount of water and solution. The dry only mode is great and carpets are left just barely damp to touch. The device has different components which can be separated or removed for ease of cleaning. Only criticism I have is the size of the tanks as they do not hold much so you have to empty and refill a few times depending on the size of the area however as this is not a precessional carpet cleaner this is to be expected. Overall would highly recommend. Just cleaned a friend’s light grey stair carpet last night which was heavily soiled and it came up great once dry this morning. User friendly and all instructions are displayed on the carpet cleaner itself so no need to waste time reading a manual. There is nothing more satisfying than looking at the tank of dirty water and appreciating how much dirt this machine has lifted from your carpets!

Absolutely love this cleaner!! The only thing I would change is how much the tank holds!! It’s a big tank for the dirty water but it doesn’t hold very much so when cleaning a big room you have to stop a lot! It doesn’t hold very do a fantastic job though! My carpets look fab and so does my sofa!!
