It does what it promises, carpets come up very clean. Far better than another brand I bought and returned. Very pleased with it. Just found it a bit heavy for a me as a more "mature" person! but not something I will use every day

1st three times i switched it on, after clearing the room It Kept cutting out and giving me an error Waste bucket not fitted It was?? Reseated it. Persevered and then... Great Brought a tired carpet back to life Faultless ever since

Cleaned the carpet very well, was easy to use, the dog actually smells cleaner as well which is a bonus.

Love this carpet cleaner. It’s so easy to use compared to my last cleaner (by a different manufacturer). It’s no bigger than a vacuum cleaner, so I don’t have to store it out of the way. The hose is permanently attached, so it is quick & easy to switch between carpet & upholstery cleaning. The cleaning power is great, and drying is extremely efficient.

My new Shark carpet cleaner is first class, I have had a vax for more years than I care to remember, so well past it’s sell by date, I had tried to clean my carpet it was not doing the job, my daughter had just bought a Shark, she brought it over I was so impressed I have purchased one of my own.

So much better than any other carpet cleaner I’ve used. The dry button leaves carpet almost dry. The shark shampoo works and smells beautiful. The attachments are great on stairs and upholstery and spot cleaning. The whole unit is easier cleaned than any others I’ve had. AO delivered next day. No problems at all
