After reading some reviews we decided on this machine, which is super quiet, only negative is the spin cycle….we tried different setting and unless you use 1200rpm it comes out too wet for tumble dryer. Otherwise very happy

Really nice and efficient washing machine, a little noisy on my wooden kitchen floor, but you can buy legs to stop this. Overall a great washing machine. Efficient delivery too.

Wash performance is decent but always a lot of water residue in drum after use. Not sure if common or not but haven’t experienced on other machines owned by only 1200 spin speed. Clothes do come out as wet as expected versus a 1400rpm machine. Bit of a faff starting a cycle. Having to select spin spin speed etc. Silent operation. Much quieter then last Samsung machine. Decent enough machine, wash performance on par with other machines. The slim depth is what I needed as have an old cottage with awful pipe work and didnt want it sticking out like last machine. Overall happy enough. Old machine collected without issue though AO failed to install last machine so didnt bother with connection. 5 year warranty a plus but also a pain to register with LG.

Well so far so good! This is an impressive looking machine and so far has worked perfectly and very efficiently. I have made use of the booklet as a guide to the wash cycles available and getting used to many more than my previous machine. It has a large drum but still a small enough machine to fit into my utility room under a worktop. There are 3 of us and it has kept up well with our needs and I particularly like the wash options that detect smaller loads and adjust wash time etc. Overall, 3 weeks in, I am very impressed and pleased with my purchase.

What a great product this is... so much better than my previous Zanussi... a 40 degree cottons wash in under an hour, and the clothes smell great and still like the washing liquid when they are dry - now I know they are washed sufficiently. This machine is quiet with it's direct drive motor, and fits in the space so nicely without sticking out the front of the cupboards. Definitely a good choice :)

What an amazing washer from LG, it's whisper quiet due to the direct drive and the AI setting is just fantastic taking all the guess work away. We have a cream kitchen so the dark metallic finish looks lovely, so much so we have ordered the heat pump dryer to compliment it. With the AO membership, the savings are great too.
