We purchased this machine to replace a LG machine that after over 10 years service had died a very noisy death. Money being tight we opted for this cheaper LG model, but we should have probably gone for a Beko or Indesit and saved a little more money. This is an average machine, quite flimsy and clunky but so far it is doing the job. Burning plastic smell when doing a wash over 60 degrees but this may be temporary. If you want a cheap machine, this is adequate but there are cheaper machines that are probably just as good! Nothing special, just paying extra for the name!

Absolutely over the moon with the LG washing machine. Just had a new kitchen fitted and struggled to find a colour to compliment the green units. Didn’t want a white or silver one but this silver grey one (dark grey) looks the part. The new machine puts our old Beko one to shame. Loads of different programmes to suit all situations from speed wash to heavy soiled bedding and the 1400 spin speed leaves the clothes virtually dry, with the addition of a small load function whats not to like. The large glass door keeps our cats occupied watching the washing go round, so it’s a win win for us. Thanks LG.

The LG washer is fantastic for a family of four ,I had a whirlpool washer before this on and it only lasted 19 months, This washer is doing a lot better and the electricity is so much less and I'm saving money with it's usage .so happy I'm going back to a o to buy a fridge freezer.

Smart, re;atively quiet machine...Quick wash lasts one hour but I found the Eco Mode took nearly three hours but uses less water
