Really like this dryer. Very quiet for a dryer and had plenty of drying cycle options. Especially like the feature where you can operate and check it’s operation via the app on your phone.

This is an excellent product (reflected in its premium price!). After owning a similar Samsung dryer this one is much better - specifically it has a self-cleaning function for the condenser unit (in fact, there is no way to manually clean it). Over the 3.5 years with the Samsung dryer performance gradually degraded due to a clogged condenser (even after following manufacturer guidelines). Whilst time will tell with this dryer it is very effective out of the box and you can hear when it’s self-cleaning, so hopefully it will last a long time.

Great product

We brought this dryer simply because it matched by look the equivilant washer. Its perfect, such a simple set up and the programmes are easy to understand and set with the touch of a finger. When in sue the dryer is quiet and plays a fun tune when finished.

Takes a wee bit of getting use to but now we are using the machine to great effect.

Having read a lot of comments about heat pump dryers and how they don't work well, I was a little dubious about purchasing one. Added to that they are a lot more expensive and then reading that lots of people said they didn't leave clothes feeling completely dry, I was undecided. But this one does. I use the 'Mixed Fabric' setting mostly and it works well, taking about 90 minutes on eco setting. If anything feels even slightly damp, usually the bulkier items like hoodies, a quick 'Speed 30' additional cycle sorts it out. Even this 2 hour cycle doesn't push up the leccy bill anything like the previous hot air tumble dryer did. However, the clincher for me is that you can put almost all types of clothes in it without shrinking them. All the children's school uniforms are now easily processed. I've even used it for my jumpers and they have not only not shrank but feel nicer for it. I'm a convert. Buy one!
