The freezer was delivered without one of the drawers. One week later I am still waiting for the drawer to be delivered.

Product that was first delivered did not work however this was quickly resolved and a replacement provided the following day has been excellent. Initial freezer was an exception and the after sales service effective prompt snd very satisfactory.

Great storage, easy to view drawers inside Only problem is it doesn't have an interior light. I missed this detail when reading the description!

Surprised that Beko have stopped supplying the top compartment flap. Yes, we asked. Otherwise a great no frills freezer, especially since e it is designed to work in a shed - one of the few.

Great product, just works. Can be in garage so easy to find space for it.
